Office & HR Administrator, London

Robert West is a professional services engineering consultancy located close to London Bridge station – a small, flexible and friendly team that makes a big impact on our projects and enjoys working closely with our clients.  We take pleasure in seeing our staff grow and develop and are looking for an office administrator to join us.

Do you enjoy making arrangements, following processes, maintaining systems and welcoming people?  You will be responsible for supporting the organisation to run effectively in the areas of office administration.  This will involve the professional presentation of Robert West on the phone and to visitors, effective delivery of post, supplies and arrangements, document production, maintenance of databases, portals, subscriptions, filing and archiving along with recruitment and training administration.

Are you organised, confident, professional and calm?  We are looking for an individual with the following knowledge, skills and experience gained in an office environment over a minimum of two years: 

  • administration
  • call handling
  • organising
  • skills of at least intermediate level in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
  • ability to touch type at 40 wpm
  • GCSE Maths & English grade C or above
  • qualified to A Level standard or equivalent vocational training.

The successful candidate will quickly become an integral part of Robert West making a key contribution to the smooth running of the office and able to work independently.  This is a full time position and the hours are 9 am – 5.30 pm.
